Today, I have my first time presentation to external parties. Though the scale is surely small and only 3 audience, I think I did quite well at least I know about I am doing totally. Explaining the workflow, answering those question, listening to people's response, I know all 'why' and 'how'.
Tomorrow I will do the same presentation to a vendor company. Wish me good luck.
